I think this style of video is fantastic. Saludos Anna.

Anna, Keep studying, this loss will make you a stronger player in the future ! Success is nothing more than failure turned inside out !

I have a giant cell phone and it still really hurt my eyes trying to track the board on the screen, it would be helpful if you made it bigger so it’s clearer on mobile devices.

Less procrastinating, more shenanigans please Anna! He was strong in the end game and forced a mistake. If you had more time you would have won. Better luck next time Anna 🍀

I`m a beginner from Brazil. Very nice to see players passion. Please, keep doing it. This format is amazing.

Hi. I just subscribed. I'm 59, I played chess as a pre-teen, then briefly after I graduated university while traveling. I started playing again 1 month ago. I'm watching you. I'm watching Levy. I'm learning. I feel like I need "Chess Literacy", from how to assess the board (which both of you are great at) to how to read the notation. I have a degree in Mathematics and struggle to decifer the notation. Just a suggestion.

Anna, you make watching people playing chess sooo much fun. Thank you!!!!

Random guy has a name. He’s not an npc. Don’t be a sore loser.

10:38 "…And he realized that the only way he could beat me in this position — is with my time."
*a flashing instruction on the screen: "Attack its weak spot"*

You just needed to get the queen bishop battery lined up aimed at the king, no?

Exactly why clock chess is like quick snappy answers compared to thoughtful reply's. Sometimes, it's just better to get back to ya about it. 🙂

Time trouble again!! I can’t play blitz, I’m just not quick enough. I’m over 2000 in Rapid, yet I struggle to even maintain 1700 in blitz

Thank you for the voice over i'm new at chess and this really helps those of us who aren't at your level

"You beat the grandmaster???" — "What's with the long face? Just another day for me."

This was a great game, Anna! You both played so well! But as Mick Jagger sang: "Time waits for no one. And it won't wait for me!"

Hi Anna,"Shenanigans " is a word used often by a superbike commentator ( and racing legend) called Jamie Whitham who hails from Wakefield in Yorkshire England. He is famous for using it to describe minor skirmishes or 'needle' between riders. And your right, its a great word.

I like a lot this kind of voice over but please, win next time!!! 🙂

Good game; Bxc3 horrendous; f4 dangerous; c4 a move too late; Nc7 niceintermezzo; d6 not e6; as the d is doubly backed with d8 undefendable.

one of the best Blitz videos I ever saw! Actually THE best Blitz video I ever saw!
The mixture of analysis and live experience combined with the silence and the music and also the whole dramaturgy of it.
Please explore that format further, it’s really unique!

Music is superfluous. I would have looked at e6 a move earlier..

Voice over feels super natural, i like it and the commentating so please keep it up !

I really like the voiceover format. Otherwise, I am often lost about what is going on in the game.

Loving your content! Keep rocking!!! ❤❤

Yeh.. The commentary was good. Quite intense. Kept me on the edge of my seat.. Enjoyed the game!

So close! If it wasn’t for the clock, then Anna would have foreseen those last few moves and taken the win. She was better the whole way through. Not fair!!

I love watching your chess videos and this was one of the best! Only suggestion that I have, as a total beginner, is a post game analysis where you point out at exactly what you should've done differently there at the end when your time was running out.

I loved it! Lets do it again! You play we watch♟👀

Hey Anna, yes do more of these voice over videos. I like them a lot and it’s very helpful for beginners like me.

    Loving the background music!
Great video Anna ❤!!, it tells how important is the game ending… which maybe means you should not be spending too much of the time in the game start and middle, but rather the ending.

I would sweat blood if I had to play a game like that 😘

Good comment, and we can feel how it gets tense and then very tense during the last seconds.

In blitz, time management is crucial.
Spending 1.5 minutes on 2 obvious moves was a huge blunder.

What an excellent game against a solid GM. Those center pawns were so strong, your game so steady for 4:53 You will beat him some day, stay strong

Amazing commentary and a really intense game. DAMN

Definitely want more of the commentary, one learns so much regarding the moves and strategy behind them.

Please make more videos with voiceover like this and music in the background

I loved this kind of video, even though I was upset that you lost.
