00:49 Game Starts!

World Chess Champion Ding Liren returns for the 86th edition of the Tata Steel Masters, a 14-player single round-robin taking place from 13-28 January in Wijk aan Zee, the Netherlands.

The time control is 100 minutes for 40 moves, followed by 50 minutes for the rest of the game, with a 30-second increment per move from move 1. A tie for first place will be decided by two blitz (3+2) games. If still tied, the players keep playing single “sudden death” games where White gets 2.5 minutes and Black 3 minutes until one side wins. The monetary prizes will be shared evenly. Official website:

    Pragg don't like world champions.😌

Ding also loose to Pragg in Tata steel 2023…… in round 4!

    Ding the paper 📝 champion……lol hahahahahhaha. Many GM’s would destroy Ding….. 🛎️

Ding is the Mickey Mouse champion at the moment. He is a world class fraud. We all know Magnus is the REAL World Champion.

Like the last game he was trying the same…playing on opponent's time and make the opponent blunder when in time trouble, but it didnt went his way 😂, blud himself made some inaccuracies and went on to lose the game😂

Pragg has a legit chance in the Candidates with the way he's been playing.

Congratulations to my very dear man I want to see him number one in the world

Did Pragg defeated Magnus in classical?

Last time when prag defeated ding he was rated 2684 and ding was 2811 and now you can see the difference is only 37 elo points. And that to in just 11 months. kudos to prag🎉

Jan 2023 – pragg beat ding
Jan 2024 – pragg beat world champion
    Jan2025 – world champion beat ding😉

    Hoping for best🤞

Pragg has beaten Carlsen many a time. And Carlsen is the God of chess. So, this is no surprise. All others are mere mortals.

    Pragg’s routine:
    Play chess
    Beat world champions
    Go to school
    Repeat.

India beats China here too.. Congratulations Pragg… way to go🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳

Last year too, ding defeated gukesh with black and lost to pragg on 17th January with white. This year it's also the same story

Ding lost the tempo twice in the beginning and failed to see pawn to b5, playing knight instead losing another tempo. But ig it’s easier for me to say in a YouTube comment section while watching the match reply. Let’s hope he bounces back stronger. Sometimes Ding just gets in his own head sometimes which costs him games.

Ding is mentally not so strong, even when he is in good position he used to make mistakes

It's sounds like you hate Ding for being the World Champion haha

I don’t think anyone thinks that ding is a successor to magnus as the next greatest

I e always wanted to ask. Where you from originally?

Pragg is currently in good form . I hope it will continued in canditates 2024

DING HAS YET TO WIN A GAME IN THE PAST 2 YEARS 😀 😀

Pragg the most flamboyant player of indian chess. He has the X factor nobody else has . India's number one . Tamil's glory 🎉

The pride of Tamil's. Tamils never fail to surprise. All to do with Tamil DNA. Tamil pride , indias honor.

Does anyone know why the Mproov app doesn't let me to sign up with the error: "PreSignUp failded with error invalid request"? I' ve email their support but got no response yet (1 week ago)

Iam sorry but i don't think ding should be world champion

Arjun and Gukesh are great players, but Prag has shown time and again that he has another gear when playing against the best.

Ding seems like a very nice man, but it's undeniable that he's the weakest "world champion" in decades and decades.

It's a typical pragg win, he can slog. Gukesh cannot defend

    Never underestimate Praggnanandhaa! ♟️

why not open b4 every single move as white to prevent black from playing it. then eliminate a-c pawns to never let him play it.

Ding is the world champion only on paper

What was Ding doing with the knight in the last 4-5 moves?

What a game and great narration by Agadmator.
Can anyone explain difference between GothamChess and Agadmator in terms of their quality of content, quality of talking, quality of analyzing games and dedication to chess etc

This match surprised me. That old saying, "May the best man win" comes to mind. Is it really so?
