I put knight on g6 like I knew something
Try knight h6 it defends the scholars mate every time
When the bishop moves, why not g8 to f6? Just asking, im a begginer
Nelson
Literally just played it right after the vid. Thanks Gothem
I love how chess folk are like "They can't take this, it's protected!" Yes I can. If I lose a piece, it's on me, but I totally can take that piece.
Also knight h6
Dude wtf I thought I discovered this checkmate now theres a counter 😭
And believe me folks.. happiness is all that matters!
The music in the background we played in my band class lol
STOPPPP NOOOOO MY OPENING
NO DONT TELL THEM
Is Nh6 a decent replacement for g6?
Nh6 is also good cause if they take they hung a queen
Me who learned this alone because this position came too much time to me
Thank you so much! I usually meet this situation and lose because I dont know how can I defense
😮
Then push Kd4 attacking the queen and if the opponent panics and play Qe3 moving the queen away from the threat you got a royal fork with Kc2. You're welcome.
After you survive the first 5 moves of the "Wayward Queen opening" you can counterplay with Nb4 with the idea of going Nc2, forking the King and the Rook.
I learnt it in the hardway….. getting checkmated in 5 moves😑
Or play knight to h6
you got me fucked up if you think im falling for scholar mate💀
That's called scholar's mate
I play queen
Nelson…
I think horse h6 is like a best move for a scholars mate
Is it ok if i put my knight from g8 to h6?
I always stop the threat by moving knight h6
The background music is on fleek.
learned how to defend in that queen attack
The hard way ( almost lose half of my pieces in 12 match and then finally discovering the right move to stop it by myself . Idk i just feel like im genuis now XD)
Every time I see someone using their queen like white did here, I lose a little more faith in humanity
knight h6?
Oo i do this but what do you do if your opponent really wants checkmate and plays a d pawn move to threaten attacking the knight on f6
Just take knight to h6
easy
Nxh6 ?
Oh, thanks, i always had a problem with the queen attacking my pawn there
Thank you Man❤🌚
Why not knight h6?
That's the worst thing you can do jn the start. That blocks your development in 1000+ elo coz scholar's mate ain't working lol
In my case opponent just wanna take my castling castling rights😂😂😂
wayward queen attack opening is just dumb
I often use g6 when the bishop hangs the pawn pinned by the queen.
I remember when I started chess this dude from India did this too me and I looked up online and that’s how I found Gotham chess . 😅 good times I actually miss those elo games
Instead of Nf6, move your pawn to f5, if Queen takes, move your pawn to d5 threatening to take either the Queen or their bishop
Challenge me
Losing to players who play wayward queen attack is a true shame. Especially after you had learned to punish them.
I think to remove the threat of mate knight to h6 is best as they can't mate because the knight is protecting the pawn now
Don't play g6 instead play Nh6 is better developing your knight and deff that pawn
I play 4.nh6 because it fools them and thinking its checkmate and hang their queen
