Happiest moment ever seen. Not for Putin 🙂

Should of taken that a2 pawn it was undefended resign with no checkmate wtf

The moment he knows it’s over when all the captured pieces end up on the floor is heartbreaking!

And, yet, once again, what we have is,
    nepo The Buffoon :
World Chess Championship Back To Back Loser

Ian losing absolutely broke my heart even though through the entire series my heart said Ding 💔 I am torn between the two and pray they play again while Magnoos waits in his lair until the true champion emerges 😤

Not really knowing either of them it seemed like Nepo was going to dominate in blitz but Ding pulling it off makes my heart so much more happy ❤

There are much much more geniuses coming from the billions of Chinese.

Commentators badly.wanted the white dude to win.

This was the match between low 2700s opponents

I bet there will be an explosion of interest toward chess in China.

America had the Fischer boom, China will have the Ding boom. 👍

What is crazy is Hikaru choked and should've been in this match instead.

at 10:10 Ian was going to throw over the black thing in his right hand with anger but suddenly could stop himself of doing that!

Just watching Ian process it all, knowing he was going to lose, gave me major secondary anxiety.

Congratulations for ding's first FIDE World Championship!!!

Chess players really do come across as bad losers. I understand the disappointment but… i dont know.. its the half arsed hand shake the not looking them in the eyes and getting the F outta there.

Even the commentaors could not analysis what was happening. The computer said they were even and the comintators could not figure how to get the draw. Fun and exciting end game.

Ding was economical in his wins! he won only, and every time, it mattered!

Kudos to magnus for withdrawing, letting other people win championship for many years

Respect to Nepo for being respectful to Ding and letting him have his moment

This is the most intense, raw emotion I have ever seen from 2 people just sitting across from each other. Even when Ding won, there is no celebration for he is purely stunned, his mind ravaged.

That’s lady she doesn’t wants to stop talking

These last ten minutes of the championship games can't be described in words. After watching most of the games it felt wild to see it go down like this. Thinking about the journey Nepo and Ding has been through to get to that moment I kinda understand the extreme emotional reactions.

no one will talk that Ding made handshake 2 times ?

I feel crazy bad for Ian lol two championships slipping through his fingers

Why is IM Tania commenting? She’s too noobie to say anything.

wow watching nepo shaking was heart breaking.
amazing chess from both players both fought hard

becoming the king coz the real king is bored

That desperation and powerlessness is devastating. And for Ding this is one of the greatest stories of triumph I’ve ever seen.

Nepo let us slip away in the regular rounds. Like two drunk guys fighting in an icy parking lot
