Someday we will be too many at the 2000 ELO level, and we won't even be in the 99,9% of the best.
It will be just average.
… or not.
Thanks I was 3700 stockfish now I’m 2000 it works atleast
Today, I played a game of chess and sacked my rook in order to get checkmate, and the whole time I was sitting there thinking levy would be so proud.
Thank you Gotham, i finally reached 2000 after watching this video, I was stuck at 2400 for months now!
32:26 why u just didnt promote to a queen? : D
32:29 Whaaaat??? Gotham you had h1=Q😱
17:20 Black has just wasted four moves, essentially giving White four free moves. Meanwhile, White improved his position with Nf3, Qc4, a3, and Nd5.
20:39 I think Levy saw Rb7 too late.
28:46 What about … Nd4-f5, instead of castling?
31:42 What about 36. … Rg5!? 37. f4 h2! 38. fg h1Q ?
08:53 he can also deffend by moving the knight to F4
'Two' = couple;
three or four = a few;
five through nine = several, (i.e., seven plus/minus two);
ten to 99 = many;
hundred to thousand = many many…..
Not smart enough sorry:)
Thanks gotham i was 2500 now im 2000 thanks
I miss this series
First game was nice
"2200s are tough players"
meanwhile Hikaru reaching 2400 with Botez Gambit Speedrun
2:50 could capture the pawn?
7:29 can someone explain to me please how he can move the black pawn diagnoly to F3 when the white pawn is at F4 ?
this video legit got me from 750 to 0 bcs i took a break from chess
jk love you man <3
These are my favorite videos!!
Great video.
Great video Levy, I've paid money for worse lessons than this.
im at 2039
"That is how you take down 2000's" – Damn LOL….
I got hit plenty by those “obscure” knight jumps I got PTSD! I don’t even think anymore. If the is in a position to jump there and attack my bishop I automatically play pawn A3.
"See this knight? Its trash, its a nonfactor in the game."
30 seconds later
"I might capture this knight, its a critical defender."
Where is the old Levy? I know you post for dolllars, but man. But Man
How to win at chess is your best series in my opinion
These style videos are my favorite on this channel!
COULD YOU MAKE A VIDEO ABOUT MIKHAIL TAL?
This was one of the best instructive video ever
When I focus on just playing solid instead of being super aggressive I keep winning super quickly…but then I get confident and lose again. It's the worst, but this helped a lot.
You make me feel stupid.
I am 2300+ on puzzles and 1600 PB in rapid..How?
I love this kind of videos Levy!!
How did u capture like that at min 7:28???
thanks gotham I just went from 2400 to 2000!!
As a 1600 who dreams of 2000 someday this was a great teaching video.
Can someone please explain to me how the move in minute 7:25 was possible. I am so confused
I want to be 200
8==========D
you missed free rook at 10:53
Finally!!! another win at chess video, in check everyday
why do people take such an analytical approach to watch your video? and why do you relish in it lmao what do you study?
in 3:45 why wouldn't he play bishop h3
25:40 Missed the analysis. Analysis show that sacrifize is the best move, but you can't take the bishop so essentially you just lose a pawn.
Levy! Bring back long format how to win at chess!! Best series!! (Apart from GTE…)
Can you do one on how to beat Stockfish at level 4 or 5?
Looks like your 2103 opponent has no idea how to play the Sicilian. If your opponent doesn't understand the basic concepts and doesn't know the theory the game loses any instructive value. I mean Kb4?? Qb6 ?? instead of simply b5 and allowing Kd5 ?? without contesting the square. Just terrible.
At 7:35 can someone explain what really happened there?😅😅
No.
8:48 you missed Bc5, it creates an escape for the king well also threatening a possible check.
