This was tough to watch
Let me start by saying I like Ding, he is a great player, sweet and humble. And I know I am going to be hated for what i am about to say, but one thing is Ding´s deamenor and personality, perhaps sweet, or shy, or an introvert, or someone without social skills, all of that is fine, and totally ok, because we are all different and lovable. But, here I see a person unable to cope with this challenge and the enormous pressure it carries, you are an adult profesional player and time is one of the important aspects to manage , otherwise they would not use the clock. So I am thinking about how he would handle the stardom, the expossure and carry himself around if he became World Champion, a leader. In other words, you don´t choose a president or any leader that will collapse when confronted with pressure
Bullshit second tier championship, I'm just a hobby bullet player but won't be so stupid spend more than 4 mins in such simple position lol, I suspect fischer was correct many games are fixed😮

Nepo has the ultimate advantage of his previous experience with Carlsen in those gruelling long matches which broke him then, but it only made him stronger. Ding is nowhere ready to be the world Champ. And it would probably take Carlsen again to dethorne Nepo.
