Tania's voice is as if she talks with a mouth full of broken glass.

George W Bush Center for Intelligence says:

Got to be exhausted for both players having to have the focus everyday to play each other at this level on day 09 . I still want Ding to win . But if Nepo wins best wishes to him he has toughed it out for years and worked hard to stay at the top .

That Rb8 is not a move of the chess champion 🙁

    Непомнящий выграет

What are these people talking about Bxe6 is the best move???? The evaluation bar on screen literally showed it was nothing and Yan's advantage completely disappeared. Of course that airhead Tanya is gushing on and on and on about it, clueless as always

3:57:38 Robert Hess was exactly correct lmao… the stream lasted precisely 3 hours after he said that

You guys need to be unbiased, the way you pushing for Ding makes me nauseous

The winner of this championship may not be the World Champion in people's minds, due to GOAT Magnus remaining the clear world number one. But Nepo or Ding (whichever one wins) will absolutely deserve to be thought of as a World Champion, equal in "greatness-for-their-time" to a good 50% or so of earlier reigning World Champions.

Looking at a table with no players sitting at it. At this point I'm expecting them to cut to Ding sitting on a boat doing some fishing.

It would be awesome if you guys could get Hikaru or someone like that to be a commentator for at least one game during this match – even if they're only connecting in virtually. Someone of his level could be showing the audience potential lines and variations that could result from a given position. Yes Fabiano and Hess are awesome and Anish has been as well but i think Hikaru would be a cool addition to (not replacement for) them, as his ability to quickly analyze positions and show variations on an analysis board and explain them in ways everyone can understand is second to none

I don't mean to be rude, but Tania needs to go.
I understand the "more fun chess commenting and diversity", but who the hell would watch this 3h games live if not chess fans?
And chess fans want actual analysis with a sprinkle of dry humor, not empty talking and ear piercing shouting.

Sometimes it's borderline impossible to listen to Tania, her accent is too strong (it doesn't seem like she makes effort to fix it either) and her "intense" tone is the worst thing on this stream, apart from your unqualified russian translator that probably finished 2 chapters of "English for pre-schoolers" and went on to be a live translator.

I hate the people that race to the comments to spoil it

Levi says I cant play Rooey Lopeez, but Nepo can… lol Fabi not used to having co-hosts… he explains it like I am 5, which is what I need.

Ding will be the one to break out of the main line

This question that made Ding laugh at 6:38:09 was probably taught because of GothamChess lol

Anish, David and Daniel were entertaining and engaging.
Tania's fake interest and irritating voice is unbearable.
Good game but whole stream with her voice is uggghhh.

for the love of God please PLEASE PLEASE FIRE THAT TRANSLATOR LMAO. It's embarrassing at this point. Its Kazakhstan there has to be like a million Russian translators that can remember more than 2 sentences at a time and actually know both languages.

At this point he is just making stuff up and it's about 30% accurate to what Ian is saying…

    I know it's just a Chess interview but common…

Unless you guys purposely try to tilt and embarrass Russians then I get it
    🤣🤣🤣😅😅🤣🤣😅🤣😅

King Ding's energy fits with the bongcloud opening. Are we gonna spectate the first bongcloud opening in the history of WCCship

It's a DRAW! The 10th move of the game an absolute pandemonium. The eval bar fighting more than relatives at a thanksgiving party.

i have been away for days, but want Anish back, and that woman gone. i found her commentary sooo irritating. but we can't say that because she is a woman, that that isa the only reason she is even there

The chat pop-ups really need to be optional, like the chat replay. Don't care for it a bit.

Tania pls note, empty vessels make the most noise…ifyou an talk less, will be great

what why are they at 3.5 and 4.5 werent they at 5 and 4 two days ago

This match is disappointing not because Ian or Ding are bad players, just the opposite, they are capable of really sharp play, however, it just feels dull when remembering the fact that the match that decides the next WC is not between the 2 strongest players particularly, but rather by players which got there with the help of lucky circumstances. Had it been Magnus vs either Firoujza, Abdussattorov or Karjakin, then it would have actually represented the battle for the throne between the strongest players in the world. The withdrawal of Carlsen made the match completely meaningless, as it's more likely than not that the winner here will lose the next one, provided he faces one of the aforementioned players.

Tania is beautiful. I wish I understood chess half as much as she does just so I could try to ask her out. Amazing

Can we get a caricature for Nepo doing NHL and Liren NBA playoff mode

who cares…. Magnus smokes them both…. easily

I miss the times when the commentators were just talking about Nicki Minaj
