11:48 I can tell you exactly whats going on in their brain, at 11:43 white is thinking "he placed his queen vulnerable to my rook, if he doesn´t realize I place my rook here I get his queen for free, If he does realize but decides to take the rook I can trade my rook for his queen. But then when black moves his queen out of the potential trade he goes back to thinking " oh now I can´t trade for his queen anymore and my rook is too valuable to be traded just for his rook". So he moves the rook back to E1 because queen for rook was a good trade to him but for some reason he hates rook for rook trade because in his brain its an equal trade (because he doesn´t know equal trade means late game advantage when he has more material) rather then a beneficial one.
