just for the record: youTube spammers: go fk yourselves….

reading the live chat makes me remember why i hate people

This format is excellent. Using the ‘NBA’ elimination format for the Survival Stage is great. You need to give incentive for every seeding finish during the first 7 rounds (the round robin) – 1&2 go straight to the final 4. 7&8 are eliminated. Those are easy. But 5&6 play survival where loser is out and winner plays one more match to make final 4. 3&4 play survival where winner goes directly to final 4, and loser gets one more chance vs 5/6 winner, to make final 4. That’s a great way to incentivize trying to make seeds 3/4, vs 5/6. To explain the ‘Survival Stage’ one more way: 3/4 need to lose both matches to NOT make final 4, while 5/6 need to win both matches to make final 4.

So nice to see Nodirbek continuing to improve. Next target, Magnus?

I think it works a bit better with Kaja/Kaya? as host, she connects more with newcomers to the game and between 3 masters it almost seems like there’s not enough time for each to give their chess commentary. Just my humble opinion, I’m so glad to see this happening in chess!!

So many of my favorite people in one stream. Really makes December a great month and an amazing way to finish the year off!

I like when the commentators have no clue what they're talking about they just say the evaluation bar is wrong. Classic retard syndrome

7:36:08 hikaru didn't like to just say he didnt win so he changed it to lost the armageddon😂😂

Calling BS. Hikaru left the interview because he rightly noticed that he was being ignored by Kaja at that moment. Why should he waste his time waiting if he was not asked to stay? Shame on you all for laughing at Hikaru. You should be looking at Kaja.

get rid of that indian woman, it hurts the ears to listen to that yapping.

More attention should have been paid to the fact that Hikaru had to win twice even though he won his first match.
