    Max queens isn’t actually 18
    It’s 10. The pawns will form a wall. 8 files=8 pawns

When the 2 anime protagonists compete to have the best harem.😂

I once played a game against the martin bot just to see how many queens I could make. I ended up with my king and 9 queens in one corner against the bot's lone king. 🙂

Does viewer retention consider when the same person comes back and finishes the video? I often watch videos in multiple segments, but I almost always finish them over the course of the day.

Hey Levy, I'm currently crying so hard right now. This is seriously the most beautiful, well put together stream ever. I can’t believe how magical it was 1:12. That part truly made me shed a tear. And especially at 1:21 that part was just so truly heart touching words can not describe the series of emotions I felt. I absolutely loved the climax it had insanely excellent detail. Oh and we can’t forget the conclusion. The conclusion was the greatest and saddest conclusion I have ever seen better than any of the books I have read. Thank you so much for creating this absolute masterpiece. This is essentially the most important masterpiece of film history. It is a tragedy that this, it can’t be called a film, but a transcendent emotional experience, will be inaccessible for most. It beautifully encapsulates the human struggle to its basics; suffering, pleasure, faith, despair. It connects with the characters within the viewers, individuals suppressed within our own subconscious. It stays vibrant, fresh, and revolutionizes the art of storytelling and filmmaking while making a damn of statement on what it means to be human. Entertaining, gripping, and simply exhilarating. This might be the most impactful piece of art I’ve come across in my life, and I’m definitely coming back to it in the near future to study it more deeply. this is an absolute masterpiece , I was brought to tears listening to this and seeing the bacon go whirly swirly in a circle countless times. it absolutely moved my soul , and I don't think I can ever be the same. this bacon has changed my entire mental state , I am now at peace with who I am and what I will be doing later in my life. I have forgiven all my enemies and now I am a man of a pacifist life. I will move on, got to move on , as the song says. the bacon is so inspirational , it shares it vast wisdom with all of us , and we are all so lucky that it would bestow it's great words with us. we are all children on bacon. hail bacon. hail bacon. The spinning bacon, rotating in one direction with this music… This made me tear up. How could such a bacon do such a thing? I'm struck by awe by this masterpiece. Especially when the bacon spins, showing its lightly salt covered tan skin. I can hear the crunch just from here, and so as the beautiful sound of the bacon scraping the dark, smooth velvet floor. The flavor, music and everything can be heard, tasted, seen and felt from a screen. You can really hear the breaths between the music artist, empathizing her love for this rotating bacon. Truly what I call modern art. This was the most legendary performance by any piece of bacon I have ever watched. The acting was top tier and very life changing. This is one of the greatest work from a piece of bacon I have ever seen especially on 2:32. I am currently crying so hard right now. The graphics, the animation, the music, so much thought was put into it. This has remined me that you can do anything you put your mind to. Not even mentioning the memories, this makes me feel like an infant again, just laying my eyes on this beautiful masterpiece gives me all the good feelings in life. I also understand what happiness is again from this. Not even to mention the most incredible part that is 2:10. Bacon spinning has changed my life for the better. instead of promoting cant black take pawn and sacrificing a queen to make a second one with check?

15:35 wouldn't knight F6 have been best move for black?
White would lose the trade on F6, either locking F6 or losing a queen or knight.

I believe they use upside down rooks as queens when they need more

I usually stop watching to go try out the opening, fail horribly, and then just go do something else. Sorry Levy

why do women have to have a separate “WGM” title? why cant they just be called a grandmaster?

Tbh i watch chess videos for 20% entertainment and 80% learning and i don't mind if u entertain me or not if the game is good for learning I'll watch it

A possible way to get 18 queens is this.
    1. Nc3 Nc6

    2. Nf3 Ne5

    3. Ne4 Nc4

    4. Nd4 Na3

    5. bxa3 Nf6

    6. Nc6 dxc6

    7. Bb2 Nd5

    8. Nf6+ exf6

    9. Bd4 Nf4

    10. Bb6 Nh3

    11. gxh3 axb6

    12. Bg2 Bf5

    13. Bf3 Bd3

    14. cxd3 Bd6

    15. Be4 Bf4

    16. Bf5 Be3

    17. Bg6 hxg6

    18. fxe3

One time my opponent refuse to resign waiting for stalemate maybe and i promote 5 queen. LoL. Then he waiting the time to run out which is annoying but because i didnt mate him after first queen i still think it was fair for him to be a little annoying

Clearly if this was an over the board game you would use the childhood strategy of an upside down rook being a queen!

"if they take, I've got this incredible trick!"
narrating every one of my games

When I was a kid, our chess set didn't have extra queens. Usually if there was a promotion, some rooks would have already been traded off, so we would just take a rook and turn it upside down. I thought this was a common thing to do until I took part in chess club where there actually was extra queens.

In my youth chess club, when we ran out of queens and the rooks were off the board, we'd place a rook upside down to stand in for a queen.

i did actually wanted to leave but then you said dont watch just the opening and said no ad…
youtube did decide they are going to but no worrys

😂😂levy scolding his viewers for not watching the whole game is priceless.

I got a brilliant move today including it being my first brilliant move and it being the first game I played

I watched the six-queen game to the end.
Are you proud of me, Levy?

Levy's stare here was a purposeful one, eager to bring us the day's game.

    @ 18:00 "and Mormon I might add"

Is that supposed to be a riff on polygamy?

Because the LDS church hasn't practiced that in over 100 years.

3:38 You taught us to trade only when it gives us advantage over our opponent. So I will watch this video to the end and in return you're going to give me your middle game master class for free. Deal?

Ladies and Gentlemen, we witness a brilliant game that there are six queens on a single board. And the mad lads from the 2200s and 2300s make it happen. What a historic game of chess if this was filmed.

You've heard of Netflixs' "Queen's Gammbit."
Get ready for "Queen's & Princesses."

This is my favorite GC video so far. I was smiling so big from about 10 minutes in.

The mechanics of actually trying to make 18 queens are really weird.

The play would be something like black gets to A5 and white gets to B5, then black captures a piece on B4, which allows both A pawns to queen.

Now the B pawns are facing each other, so white captures to the A file and both pawns can queen.

So you actually only need 4 pieces per side to go to queen everything. I assume the most annoying setup is to leave the rooks alive, so that's the play of you want to do this intentionally for some reason.

0:23 In total there can't be 18 queens because that would require pawns to hop over other pawns without capturing or being captured themselves.

This reminds me of the good old days as a 500 where instead of checkmating the opponent up a queen in an endgame you would promote to as many queens as possible and then do a fancy checkmate

"Chess, when played perfectly, always results in a draw"

My alarm will ring in 6h, time to put on gotham chess and listen to his sweet voice cuddle my brain to sleep
