Levi try mindfulness. Cognitive behavioural therapy techniques like the 5-4-3-2-1 technique I found super helpful. Maybe not good for in the middle of bullet chess but can definitely get you into a calm place in the lead up.

bro you re like thinking poorly about losing games, like you expect to be the best in a game that is not even 10% of lines discoverd, like there are a lot of position that were never reached so jusst play and if you lose, you gain a lesson and of you win, you need to feel proud and then you will be better at chess <3

Personally I'm against legalized marijuana (that's coming from an old hippie) but it might help if you took a toke or two before your matches. It will calm you down a bit or should at least and also release some inhibitions. Give it a try when not in competition and see it if works. Either way it will mellow you out some which I believe is needed sometimes…Peace~
