Prrosnly think they need to rule like if you knock anything over, you are given a penalty if you have a bit on another square and need to adjust it you get a penalty you have vision of board on your turn only sometimes games are.way to sloopy knocking bits over putting bits back of a swure as it was half on another squre

4:11 was such a good idea, enticing black to move the black pawn up since the bishop is there, but then moving white bishop back and setting up the pawn blockade to stop the black bishop from being able to find any use on that side of the board now
