Surely the chance of anyone beating stockfish is extremely low, but would this scenario be a definitive evidence that the player cheated?

I cant belive some people still defend this cheater. You can look for a live interview of Hans trying (and failing) to analyze his plays, where the commentator outplays this supposed genius. That alone should be more than enough to convince anyone that he is a cheater. What do you expect, a signed confession?

I don't understand cheating in chess, when it isn't exactly a profession you go into to make money or to say, get girls. In fact, you basically gain nothing at all!

There's a video analyzing accuracy of games with Niemann vs other players OTB, and on average, other players PLAY WORSE than usual when playing against Niemann, like their accuracy goes down by a few points, but Niemann's accuracy remains the same. In other words, there's something about his attitude that irritates people and makes them play worse. In his game vs Carlsen, Carlsen didn't play a good game at all, with 85% accuracy or something. It's not like Niemann had a great performance at all.
And technically every chess player cheats, you resort to an engine in your analysis. Some insane pawn move that wins a position— did you think of that??? Nooooo!! Keep that in mind. Fischer said it. You said it too. Chess is a game of memorization

5:55 Hikaru is a clown, I just checked, when Hans crushed Magnus, their ratings were 2688 & 2861, today on chess2700 they are rated 2666 & 2838. That is not 40-45 points lower in his rating, it's 22 points lower, meanwhile Magnus is 23 points lower, 1 point more lost than Hans. So, what is your point in your stupid and false comment about Hans' rating?
First of all, a very warm and heartfelt congratulations on your recent nuptials. Secondly, I have nothing but the highest respect for you as a chess player and when you initially made yourself available to the youtube community, it was truly the first window into the personality of a chess grandmaster that I had ever truly experienced and despite the fact that I am much older than you, I was like a kid in a candy store.
Now on to my point. It is obvious that what you do is designed to create the greatest Hikaru Brand that can be created and while I can't encourage this any more than I do, if I were your adviser, I would beg you to lose the affect in the delivery that you have recently adopted. Your charm has always been your conversational tone and it can't be ignored that said tone was abandoned in the very near past. One can only speculate as to the reason for this but this observer has in his mind that it has been done because a trusted adviser advised it and you took said advice.
I would fire the adviser post haste.

Naysayers’ alleged cheating was an organized attempt to embarrass youknowwho. They also knew it would be impossible to prove AFTER that fated game was over. Naysayer is too dumb to orchestrate such an elaborate scheme, so there are other actors involved. While he sits naked (as he offered to) on his white WC throne, one really wonders if all this blah was worth it, given that it didn’t work.
There was one more thing you should have added to this video IMHO and that is:
"I too, like Magnus, am willing to play Hans should we happen to meet in any future tournament."
Which I assume is the case.
