Will Alireza even qualify through rating? The rating route requires you to play at least 4 Fide-rated classical tournaments. I don't think Alireza has played enough of those. Wesley might get through in rating if Alireza doesn't. Also, if Wesley does well (and Anish doesn't) at St. Louis then he could also get through FIDE circuit instead of Anish.
