I think when playing a long tournament like Madrid maybe the recap videos might be too much. Hikaru did a nice recap for you anyway and you could have done with some rest.

Levy, you've got to get more sleep man. It's hard to have confidence in yourself whenever you're sleep deprived. There's a direct link between sleep deprivation and poor mental health and low self confidence.
I don't know why you aren't sleeping more, but if it's anything at all you can control, you need to fix it.
It's not easy give up a protected passed pawn for a positional advantage and attack, especially if you can play Kf7, Rg8. But I would have played e3 in a blitz game for sure, preveting Re3 opponent idea! Also activate the passive knight, and at least compensation since the Bd6 is out of play, you play around it, with a Ne4 you feel like a piece up. Over the board there's a lot of tension, while playing at home a lot of games is much easier. You went for Ng4 outpost slow manoeuvre but e4 square is better. Nice positional puzzle!

GMs clearly better in correctly evaluating positions, they understand deeply and quickly the position's need

Longshot that this gets read, but Levy, do you find more inspiration or more detail to get into with your chess courses after working with Coach Neiksans that maybe you didn't think to touch on before? Or perhaps, different ways about explaining things? Just genuinely curious if working with him as a coach towards GM has changed your way of thinking in that regard!
