This is expert analysis. Hikaru should be in the commentary for chess championshions if he is not playing.

I hope Magnus comes back and destroys the world just because he can.

Magnus is the GOAT, he felt boring no one can beat him and take the title, so he waived of it 😊

I love it Hikaru throwing shade on his arch enemy Magnus.

Hikaru could've been world chess champion. Unreal

Hope hikaru goes for World championship next year

Your "Welcome back" is very dangerous dude!

You really gotta feel for nepomniatchi here the moment he knocked the pieces down, he knew he’s screwed but either way ding definitely deserved the win here

Ding will be one of the weekest world champions !! we will see him lose a lot of competitions !!! this will be very bad

Most enjoyable WCC in years, these matches felt amazing.

Bro's title really said "Ding chilling"

"Welcome back evryone "makes my wood rise

Nepo lost when he left that last poor pawn in the hand of Ding bishop. He tried to push something not obvious when he was in mortal danger. Brutal Ding just went through him like a knive on hot butter after that. Had to rewatch at 2X speed a couple of times to get a better view of the actual moves. Ding waited patiently witht the Queen in front of that last pawn untill the killing, whilst eroding Nepo clock back to its advantage. Very hard game to analyze but ty Hikaru again.

I still consider magnus as champion and no matter what who comes next he will always be the one who can defeat anyone….

Love the channel and tips, Hikaru! Would recommend lowering the brightness on your camera to better see your shot. Keep it up, man and ty

I had an impression that Ian was better in classic games. Ding was trying to catch up all the time.

In alternative Universe Ding is making a video explaining how Hikaru beats Ian in last blitz game and become a world champion. 🤣🤣🤣

He is the champion we didn’t know we needed but we are fortunate to have him.

Hikaru how do you feel as a person thanks to whom Ding became world champion?

Despite having vastly different fields of expertise, Magnus Carlsen and Mariusz Pudzianowski have a lot of things in common. They are both world champions who have achieved great success and pushed the limits in their respective sports. Carlsen has achieved success in the field of chess, while Pudzianowski has achieved success in the world of strongman competitions. Both have become iconic figures in their respective fields and will remain champions forever.

When are you going to become the world champion???
    😂😂😂😂

Classic botez gambit sac’ing the queen lol

Why you talk as though with a horizontal banana in your mouth

Many people don't know why Magnus didn't enter the chess tournament this year. Is it because there is boredom in playing chess or what?

Could've been you if you didn't fumble at the candidates

Now I see that Ian is the one who blew all his chances himself. He was supposed to be the rightful winner in this tournament, but now he has no one but himself to blame.

Ян хорошо сражался, он показал дух России в своей игре в шахматы. ГГ.

A match for the ages no matter what the people say and they do say alot. These two guys went at it.

Pretty amazing that such a seemingly normal and innocuous move like Qf5 could lead to such ruination of White's game.

Magnus was untouchable for a whole decade and he just gave the world championship up casually like "There, you can have fun fighting for it, I'm bored of being a world champion. Play nice now, kids."

Hey hikaru, I get quite low moods and very depressed sometimes, I just wanted to say thank you for doing what you do, it helps me to stay focussed on chess and not think of the negative stuff that overpowers me 😢

Magnus beat Nepo 7.5 to 3.5. They didn't need to play games 12, 13 and 14. Congratulations to Ding, but he is World Champion for as long as Magnus allows it.

Wow, that was a duel of the titans

Thanks so much for the coverage of this whole series! Not only are you the best chess streamer Hikaru, you're the best chess analyst on YT as well!

Imagine Hikaru Playing Championship Final and Making Analysis Video Second day.
