So, Black playing Qh3+ instead of Qg2+ was therefor a huge "blunder" as it allowed White to not capture the queen and lose in the end.

We called this suicide chess.
This was a pretty bad showing of Stockfish though. Multiple times both sides had forced take-checking-piece moves which were never played. For example at 14:48 black has Qf2+ and the only move white could make would be to take the queen.

You could definitely make a worse game of chess. The AI is programmed to give its opponent the biggest advantage, but there are lines to firce the king to take pieces so by making the AI evaluate to find the worst line instead of the best line for its opponent

it is a nice video, but not quite the worst possible outcome, which would be to play some bad but not worst moves to set up an extremely long chain of M1, and them move a pawncapture a piece to avoid the 50 move rule.
