Could something like regular stockfish against one aiming to force draw be an interesting experiment?
The following strategy is the only one:
First, I know my opponent will place his king in a position where easy checkmate is possible. My initial move will be to make it easy for him. This was the easy part
Then comes the hard part: to try to eliminate my most powerful pieces in turn by placing them in a close checkmate position where he is FORCED TO TAKE THEM LEGALLY.

They are only worst possible moves assuming the opponent plays good moves. Would be interesting to see if it assumed both players are trying to lose the game.
