When the world no.1 blunders on move no.8 | Arjun Erigaisi vs Hou Yifan
Arjun Erigaisi took on World no.1 Hou Yifan in round 3 of the Satty Zhuldyz Blitz. The time control was 3 mins + 2 seconds increment per move. It was a normal English opening and Yifan made the most normal 8th move. And all of a sudden it went completely haywire. Would Arjun find that difficult move? Yifan was actually holding that position in the end before loosing on time. Maybe she would've lost anyway, but that's an amazing recovery after making a huge mistake right out of the opening – what a fighter!
