It probably doesn't help that the Japanese had a deep hatred from the US, so it was a miracle that he was even deported to Iceland instead of the US. Honestly, if it wasn't for his marriage to a Japanese woman legally, then yeah… He would have been immediately deported to the US. He was extremely smart; he knew his own country just wanted his ass so bad. His wife actually inherited the rest of his estate. Of course, minus whatever the US government took first. It's always someone claiming the holocaust never happened & bashes on the US~
