Nobody has ever or will ever match Magnus in playing ability. That is a sure bet! He is just generations above any normal human who has ever attempted to play chess. Frank is a G. I went on a simular journey from 900 to 1150, winning like 15 games in a row at one point. In about a 3-month span I got up to 1275, but my friend tanked my rating when we played like 20 games in a row, and suddenly my beginner friend played like stockfish (The little weasle was cheating and got banned soon after. I was too drunk and tilted and kept rematching). Now I'm back at 1100. Hope Frank stays on the grind. Some of those tactics were definitely 1300 level, at least that nasty Ba7+ Qa4+ to win opponents queen.
