After watching this video, I SMASHED the streamer award link in the description SCROLLED down to the "best chess streamer award section" and made the no brainer decision to select the ONE AND ONLY — Hikaru Nakamura.
Smart teams would make use of favorable rating rules. Employ two players has high as possible at only 2700 rating counts. How do you beat a team with two guys in the 3000s? Then employ a 2200 and a 2600 player as your third and 4th. I think insstead of average to make it fair, every team get one guy over a certain rating and must have one guy below a certain rating and then other players in a range. Make three tier of player and get only a certain amount of each one. Call them gold silver bronze or whatever three words you want to use. Set your league apart and trademark the tier names.
