I feel like playing fast is like a poison to the fast players, yes it is more fun to play but you loose the magic of chess. Contemplating hours maybe days on end for that single perfect (maybe genious) move.

Genuinely, Levy could become a GM if he handled his anxiety a bit better
Levy always thinks his problems are about positional play, nerve management or lack of confidence, but in reality, he is just weaker at calculation (and he does not see it that way. it is something that can be improved if you work on that). He is great at openings but he trusts too much in positional play during the middle game…. (He just discusses ideas, but very often he does not give enough support to those ideas with deep calculation-that's when the lack of confidence comes to play) in a lot of positions, brute force is required.

What i learned from this video is the difference between IM levy vs GM levy is IM has balls of copper, and GM has balls of steel. Lmao. Levy is clearly better than the GMs shown but not the confidence to be a GM. I wholeheartedly believe in you, the best teacher on youtube

It's interesting how Levy despite all of his opening knowledge with white, ends up winning from a worst position with black. I can actually relate. I don't know what it is, but sometimes it almost seems like not having to think through the opening can be a disadvantage.
I played my first tournament recently with 1 loss, 1 draw and 4 wins, but both my loss and draw were with white (from great positions). All of my games with black I was either slightly worse or a lot worse out of the opening, but eventually won.

I mean this respectfully but at what point does the click bait fall back on levy? In the short run he’ll get better engagement on his videos but do you think this’ll hurt his reputation and view count in the long run? I completely respect the argument that the clickbait keeps eyes on levy’s videos and hence chess itself, but surely it’s not sustainable?
