nice victory that might promote chess in Asia

felt so bad watching Ian realize that the world championship has slipped from his hands..

Came for ding, stayed for ian

Briliantino Prihandika Kharisma Putra Sakti says:

Ding forgot his kitchen stove was on at home

I wonder how much Carlsen got paid to loose 🤔 1 billion maybe

    Bravo Ding, heartiest congratulations.
You have proven the spirit, pride, honour & worthiness of China, its people & beloved motherland.
Despite the incessant crucifixation of China & the CCP by envious, warmonger US.

Ding trailing, Ding chilling, Ding winning!

man, Ian was just looking at the trophy, then grabbing the pieces and shaking, I feel so unfortunate to him.

Nepo knocked the pieces over to prevent promotion 😀

Ding really giving me motivation to pass my exams

Congratulations to Ding for becoming WC kinda sad that Magnus didn't choose to defend his title once more but good stuff

Never has two dudes staring at a board game been so epic.

You can keep hyping it up all you want but until he doesn't defeat Carlsen next year, he is not a true world champion.

    It's fascinating to witness that
this contest started with ding and nepo fans cheering for their favourite player with utmost fidelity, but in the end all the ding fans felt nepos agony in trembling of his hands at final moments of the 4th game of rapid tie breaks, which made game of chess as the ultimate winner.

Ян, мы тебя любим. Ты лучший

With hands you can lift 100 tons but with mind 1000 tons of strategy and it clearly shows😢 hats off to both of them .. incredible

Congratulation for Ding, to be the second best player in the world.

Magnus Calsen would win it while eat chicken wings but too sad for lan:(

That Nepo stare and the pieces crumbling falling 1 by 1 is really straight from a villain arc. Also Ding is ur protagonist and i hope to see this being a drama show and movie especially that Nepo dramatic villain moment

I was traveling so I couldn't watch matches 14 and the tie-breaker but seeing Ian's hand tremble is really heartbreaking. Both guys deserved to win because they were on top of their game and this reminds us that behind these insane computer precision moves are in the end of the day two human beings pushing themselves to insane heights.

    WALOWALOWALOWALOWALOWALOWALOWALOWALOWALOWALOWALOWALOWALOWALOWALOWALOWALOWALOWALOWALOWALOWALOWALOW says:

Ding just looked relieved when he won, the match was so drawn out and put so much pressure on both players

The ending of that match was like a real life anime. Rook G6 was like a fight straight out of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure when the protagonist lights themselves on fire to beat the antagonist and the other guy is shaking with fear. Insane determination from Ding.

Man, it must be an incredibly overwhelming feeling. He has dedicated his entire life to this, it didn't look like he was going to even compete, only to put in an incredible amount of effort, winning to be crowned the greatest player in the entire world, at something literally enjoyed by hundreds of millions of people

    Nepo The Buffoon.
World Chess Championship Back To Back Loser !

What if Nepo just raged out and wiped all the pieces off the board???

Seeing that black knight fall off the table was just… wow

Ding chilling = Ding Pinning = Ding Winning. Congratulation ding!

One Ding to rule them all 👏👏👏

If Ding didn’t offer that second handshake Ian would have thrown that water bottle.

Felt extreme joy and extreme sadness at the same time.

possibly unpopular opinion: neither of this deserve to be world champion such an inaccurate game with so many blunders. neither of them are close to magnus and the fact he didn't want to play because it wouldn't have been a challenge only further highlights this.

Some part of me is happy for dings victory but Ian's lose 😔

Škoda..někdy se vezeme na jedné chybě do druhých kolejí.. bez uchopení obranného útoku. 👏😉

    OFF TOPIC QUESTION:
has it been determined as to

    how much processing power
    and memory a computer
    would need to catalog
    every possible move?
    and
    if yes,
    where does one go to
    down load the completed
    catalog?
    or
    is there is another means?

What abut the felling of losing the world championship, why nobody is taking about Ian
