The tiny board on the side of the screen is a terrible idea.
Wesley is Carlsen’s nemesis of a few years now, but the Chess Federation would always make sure Wesley was not always included in qualifying as Carlsen’s challenger for the World Championship. They have different made-up methods for qualification that makes sure Wesley was not included. I think it’s too obvious Carlsen was being protected from losing his seat since he was a champion.
